Delphi offers the Hartridge CRi-PC test stand, a cost effective and flexible all makes Common Rail injector test platform that is quick to set up and easy to use. Available in either a single- or four-line configuration, it tests Delphi, Bosch, Denso and Continental injectors. With semi-automatic hydraulic clamping and automated/semi-automated test plans, the CRi-PC ensures a fast turnaround for multiple tests. Its powerful communication interface allows flexible test options and can measure injector delivery, coil resistance and response time for ultimate performance testing up to 2000 bar. Like the CRp-PC, this frees up the AVM2-PC, Hartridge’s flagship bench, for other testing, improving workflow and enhancing workshop profits. The CRi-PC is authorized by Delphi for Common Rail injector repair when using IRIS, Delphi’s test plan software.
